Refund policy
We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product. If you will need to return your product, please review the information below.
- Before sending, contact Customer Service via info@hh-cosmetics.com.
- Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Return Shipping is at your own cost.
- Returns outside of the EU: Not accepted.
- Products must be unopened, unused and in perfect condition.
- All returns are checked by our Quality Managers. If they notice that an item is opened, damaged or otherwise not in perfect condition, the return or exchange may not be accepted.

- Shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if your package is returned to us due to an invalid address, failure to receive (due to absence) or failure to collect your package at the carriers' pick-up point.
- All returns will be refunded via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- We charge a Processing fee of €4.99 for all returns and cancellations.
- We deduct 5% transaction fees from all returns and cancellations.
- Returns will be processed within 1 week of our office receiving your item.
- Please make sure to record your tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages.
- Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
- Please do not mail any packages C.O.D. as they will not be accepted.
- Only items purchased from www.hh-cosmetics.com may be accepted for a return.
