I like the ingredients in each product and the great packaging that they came in.
My edges are growing back beautifully with this product. I have been using your products for about 2 years now and I am seeing the results.

I was very disappointed with the delay upon receiving my order.
I received my order almost a month from placing my order. This was very unusual, as you always have been very efficient, within 8 to 10 days at the most.
I haven’t seen any results thus far. I’ve been using the product for 26 days. I have reordered the product and I hope to see results soon.

Terribe Customer Service, rude and extremely slow shipping. My item ended up getting lost and I had to get in contact otherwise who knows what would have happened and if I would have ever received it. Would not recommend if you want a reliable product or service and one that actually comes on time.
EDIT: I was not asking for a replacement. I was saying the delivery and customer service was poor. It was outside the time frame and I had to get in touch with my bank and you because of how slow it was and how my parcel was 'lost'. The item eventually came but making people aware if they want something reliable to maybe look elsewhere :))
