Shipping policy
Your order will be dispatched once it has been fully processed in our system. Please allow 1 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for order processing and shipment.
You will receive an order confirmation immediately after placing your order, followed by a separate email containing your tracking details once your order has been processed and shipped.
If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email, this indicates that your order has not been dispatched.
Once your order has shipped, you may track your package at any time using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email.
