This product seems to have worked for me. I bought it and used it for one month and then finished it and paused. I realised pretty quickly that I and my hair missed it. I bought another batch and I can see the difference. It is also just nice to give some love and attention to a fragile and damaged part of my hair and scalp and I love this product for that too, it's a chance to pay focused attention.
