EQUISETUM ARVENSE

Field horsetail- is commonly known as horsetail. It grows wildly in Northern Europe and America and can grow in moist places with temperate climates. 

Horsetail plant contains numerous beneficial compounds. It is high in silica and has high antioxidant properties. Both compounds are known to improve circulation, stimulate and strengthen hair follicles.

Other benefits: it is used for “fluid retention” (edema), kidney and bladder stones, urinary tract infections, the inability to control urination (incontinence), and general disturbances of the kidney and bladder.
