Para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA) - Is an organic compound occurring naturally in nature and part of the B Complex families.

Paba is used to darken grey hair, prevent hair loss, make skin look younger, and prevent sunburn.

Other benefits: Used to treat infertility in women, arthritis, "tired blood" (anaemia), rheumatic fever, constipation, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), and headaches.
